We offer two plans:
- Feel Upper (15%): Reservation management, guest communication, listing publication, SEO on Airbnb, calendar updates, dynamic pricing, and guest reviews.
- Go Upper (25%): Everything from the Feel Upper plan, plus check-in/check-out, welcome kit, social media posting, cleaning service, and extra services.
For Property Owners
You can fill out our form or schedule a call with us. We will contact you to assess your property and start the process.
We require that the property meets certain basic standards:
- Fully equipped.
- Guaranteed access to essential services (water, electricity, internet).
- Attractive design that we can optimize.
We coordinate cleaning between each stay. If you choose our Go Upper plan, we also include preventive and corrective maintenance as needed.
This depends on the location, size, features of the property, and the season. We conduct a market analysis to determine a competitive price and maximize your income.
You can register as an owner on our platform and follow the steps to upload your property details. If you need help, our team will guide you through the process.
Payments are made promptly and securely after each stay. You can view your payment history and generated income directly in your owner account on the platform.
We conduct prior guest verifications, include security deposits with each booking, and offer optional insurance to cover major damages.
